With so much changing in our world, and with so many things up in the air, our mind can often run away with us. When we're in a state of stress, we tend to control, judge, and worry - this affects our physical state as well, and can have impacts on our heart rate, blood pressure and pain levels in the body. Our energy becomes blocked, and we can feel like we're on the hamster wheel, doing the same thing and expecting different results.
Join us in this live call where we shift our energy and inner state into feeling calm and safe, so we can listen to and feel our own inner wisdom. Using tools like mindfulness meditations, body awareness, and our natural senses, we will learn to be more gentle with ourselves and naturally take better care of ourselves. When we feel safe in our bodies, we can begin to create a life that satisfies our heart. This is suitable for all levels of experience with meditation, including if you're brand new.
